Damn dude! You must have gotten a really good chip i have never seen a 4.5GHz OC at voltages under 1.2. And those temps look rather nice too:thumb:

4.2 @ auto vcore, hits around 1.186v, temps 69C intel burn test, bf3 temps around 60C
4.5 @ 1.24v 80C intel burn test, bf3 around 67C
4.6 @ 1.27v 82C intel burn test, bf3 around 70C
4.8 @ 1.3v 92C Intel burn test, bf3 around 84C
5.0 @ 1.386v 102C intel burn test, didnt bother playing games at those temps biggrin.gif
Intel burn test generates higher temps than prime95.
I like mine at 4.6 for now, temps are high due my room temp being around 30 most of the time, It will be better in winter, maybe I can jump to 4.8 then.

Hey, I'm pretty knew to OC'ing and I read the ivybridge/sandy guide to Oc'ing. Would I be fine skipping all of those steps such as raising multiplier by 1 each time since I'm pretty sure a brand new 3570k can hit 4.00 Ghz right off the bat. Would I be fine if I were just to run auto vcore then raise my multipliers by 1 each time and test each one? I'm not gonna hit like 4.5+, more like 4.0-4.1 maximum atm. I use a Noctua NH-D14 btw.

Yeah Auto vcore is fine until 4.2ghz, you have a good cooler I am sure it will all go smooth. Test it for a couple hours on prime95 for stability when you are done.

Your voltages and temps seem fine. It's hard to compare against others since not all chips are the same. For comparison though...

my i5 3570K
4.3Ghz @ 1.076V
4.5Ghz @ 1.120V
4.8Ghz @ 1.240V
5.0Ghz @ 1.360V

Temps usually reflect voltages. Anything under 1.15V generally has a max temp below 70c. At 1.25V many people, including myself, start reaching into the 80's and higher.
