IIRC, most of them in the US do.

And the dual core S4 processor is better than the Exynos 4 processor in some aspects.

It's not only the phone itself. It's also the kind of support they offer. I ordered three Iphones and one of them had an issue (noise inside). I went to apple store to have it checked and no questions asked - they replaced the phone right away.

I also had a t-mobile samsung galaxy s2 bought from t-mobile store, after a couple of days, it started to become unstable, experiencing hang-ups, and phone is shutting down randomly. I went to the same store when I got the phone and they told me that I had to contact the manufacturer, and the phone needs to be shipped first to Samsung for RMA. I took me 3 weeks before getting the phone back, t-mobile didn't even care about giving me a loaner phone.

I will buy an apple product anytime because I really love their support. They are always there for you and that I think is incomparable.

It's because it's an APPLE STORE. If you bought your SGS2 at a Samsung store, the same thing would have happened.

Please use logical thinking next time.

Seems like a really bad comparison seems you took an Apple product to an Apple Store and a Samsung product to a T-Mobile store rolleyes.gif

T-Mobile hate replacing phones. Also don't forget that iPhones are a rip off so they can afford to just replace them on the spot.

I have taken an iPhone back to an AT&T store, no issues, they replaced it on the spot.

I'm just curious...is there some new 'Samsung Store' you can take it to instead of your carrier? If there is I've never heard of it
