First watercooling build any advice?

Hey everyone,

I'm taking the plunge into watercooling for my level 10 case and ordered the parts yesterday should be here tomorrow
(Parts list)

Ek Water Blocks EK-SUPREMACY
Swiftech Maelstrom 5 Dual Bay Standalone
Swiftech MCR220-XP "EXTREME PERFORMANCE" Radiator Series - Dual 120MM
Ek Water Blocks EK-COOLSTREAM Rad XT Single 120MM
Swiftech MCP35X High Performance 12V
Ek Water Blocks Fluid UV Blue

The plan is to get a cooler for my 6970 card or potentially upgrade the card mobo ram ect and get the waterblocks as needed

for right now the setup will be res -> single rad -> cpu -> duel rad

but because of the area I live in (sub arctic) I have been toying with the idea of taking the single rad and putting it outside of a window so the -40 air can get to it tongue.gif or would this cause things to break?

The cooler that is being used right now is a nh-d14

Ha just set the only pc outside in weather proof box!

If you did put a rad outside you would just have to worry about what type of coolant you use and what temp it is rated for. Other than that it looks like a nice set of components.

Pretty sure that you would get condensation inside your case if the coolant was that cold.

Looks like a good loop even though the appearance is a bit ghetto. Get some matching fans, do some cable managmement and you will have a fine looking rig.
