Deathadder BE or G700?

Thread Starter
EDIT: Just edited my post since no-one was replying. frown.gif

I'm down to Deathadder BE and G700.

What would be the best option between the two?

I use a mixture between the claw and palm grips and play a variety of games (Mainly League of Legends, Guild Wars 2, Battlefield 3 and RPG games).

I am upgrading from a CM Storm Sentinel Advance (V1) mouse, so I want to feel like I am upgrading in quality or in features.

Thanks.

As a Roccat Savu user, I can recommend it for your intended use, except that I have to test for its performance at 2000DPI (4000DPI with reduced sensitivity to emulate 2000DPI) because the next native DPI step is 1600DPI.

The Easy-shift+ button on Savu is intuitive and very manageable for the number of programmable buttons it provides.

(wait, I can't see Savu being sold on that shop)

Yeah the shop doesn't have a large selection of mouses compared to other online retailers due to it being in Australia. :/

I've made a list of the mouse I am considering to buy, what is the best option.

Razer DeathAdder V2 - Seems like an overall great buy for the price
Corsair Vengeance M60/M90 - Both seem really good (though I dislike the positioning of the M60 side buttons and I wouldn't use the red DPI changer button unless its programmable)
Logitech G700 - This mouse seems perfect, has just the right amount of programmable buttons for me.
Logitech G600 - Seems like something different and I am interested in it.
R.A.T 5 - $80, if it is better then the rest I am happy to fork out the money for it.

I know I shouldn't triple bump a post but I just need some final advice between the Deathadder BE or the G700.

I love the Deathadder BE because it seems to be a more comfortable and (IMO) better looking version of the Deathadder V2. Simple and practical for what I am looking for.

The G700 (If I get, I will use wired), seems great because of the easily positioned macros. Good mixture for my MMO and RTS/RPG games.

All the help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

You already know their differences, so it's up to you to choose between the features you've mentioned rolleyes.gif

It comes to which of the mouse has better shape and weight in your hand and has better weighted and positioned buttons... This is some decision that we cannot make for you thumb.gif

I was in the same position and I got the DA and was disappointed and went and got the G700 and haven't looked back since.

Proof I'm not just a razor hater. Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
