Max Payne 3 Crashing to desktop constantly in cutscenes

Ok so this is a new issue I am facing. MP3 starts crashing in the cutscenes at the exact same time. And its not limited to one cutscene - it happens in almost all cutscenes. Have the latest drivers, HT disabled in the BIOS, 4xMSAA (worked fine earlier in the first play-through even at 8x) and all other settings at their highest except FXAA off.
Game runs perfect without a hitch but as soon as the damn cutscenes crop up it crashed to the dekstop. PLEASE HELP!!

Ran the game in safe mode (not windows safe mode it the mp3 safe mode) and it ran fine. Have run driver sweeper and reinstalled the game and drivers several times. Can't seem to find the solution on the Internet either. Strange. Any other solutions?

could try restoring the 3D settings in your driver? sometimes those conflict with the program. Have you tried running the game in like dx9 or something? Try disabling all , but one of your GPUs?

Those would be my steps if that doesn't work contact support. . .

Hi, I've done all of the above steps. Still no resolution. Contacting support has no effect either. They are a bunch of slackers. I'm surprised I'm the only one having the issue.
