So i got THIS Magicool 240 Slim radiator and im looking for some fairly quiet, high static pressure fans.

Preferences in order:
1. Low cost
2. Black body/White blade
3. Sleeved

Anyone got recommendations?

Well generally speaking these are a few of the major fans people buy:

Cougar Vortex
Scythe Gentle Typhoon
Noctuas
Noiseblockers (they just released a new e-loop fan, so the older ones will be cheaper and they're still good)

For the cheaper side people use the corsair fans, xigmateks, b.gears (don't know much about them), and others.

Thanks buddy, just been having a look at the noiseblockers as they come within the budget, well the older ones do anyway, the e-loop are too expensive.

I take it when you say noiesblockers your refering to the XL1 model? 11000RPM / 13dbA ?
I can live with the blades being not white, just as long as they are not same colour as body.

Other than the sleeved part, the swiftech helix fan sounds to be exactly what you want. Black body, white fins, high static pressure, and fairly quiet. You just need to do the sleeving yourself (which is actually pretty darn easy to do with fans.

Do like the overall look of those Swiftech Helix as its exactly what i want but im just looking at the noise level and wondering if they will still be good static pressure when i lower the RPM on fan controller?
I think id be up for some sleeving if i have too, it would be a first but its something i need to have a go at.
