the Gigabyte is 337.55 after shipping
the XFX is 269.99 after rebate.
the gigabyte is $67.56 more than the xfx but also has a 100mhz higher clock.
Which brand do you guys recommend and which one would be the better overclock candidate.

The Gigabyte card is the one to get if you can afford because of its amazing cooler. amazon has the card for 321 bucks with Free Super saver shipping. thumb.gif

If you want to save a bit of money go for the Sapphire HD 7950 Boost with dual x cooler. the sapphire card has a better cooler than the XFX DD.

Posting a followup.. I had crossfired 6870's up until a week ago, just got my 7950 yesterday, gave it a overclock and put it through some quick bench's / bf3. I can happily say that this thing smokes my 6870's, got another 30fps in Heaven benchmark and another 20fps in BF3 @ 1440p.
