8MB cache or 16MB cache?

Thread Starter
I'm thinking of getting two drives and using them in RAID 0. If I have two drives with 8MB cache each, does that give me a total of 16MB cache? Would it be worth the extra $$ to get 16MB drives?

I might get these seagate drives: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148146

I'm also considering a single WD raptor drive... would that be slower than two 7200.10 in RAID 0?
