P6TD Deluxe Memeory Frequency at set CPU clock

For anyone out there that has this board, is there anyway to increase the frequency of the memory without incresing the CPU clock speed aside from jumping from 1600 mhz to 1866 mhz. I want to speed up my memory a "littel" while leaving the cpu clock where it is.

I believe ddr3-1600 runs at 9-9-9-24 for the most part, thought of using a manually applied 10-10-10-30 setting for 1866?

I wanted to see how highb I can get at the current 9_9-9_24. But I can't do it at 1866 without extreme voltage. I was hoping there was a way to set it some where in between. Like 1750.
