Anybody know where to find a GIANT 8ft X 8ft L-shaped desks????

Thread Starter
I'm in desperate need of a huge desk for my gaming room... Able to support five 20'' monitors, a 46'' TV, 3 gaming computers, Xbox 360, PS3, SNES, NES, and a huge stereo... Any suggestions?

If you have any information on where to buy such a thing please post a link.

Thanks, Kerschen11

Check IKEA's Galant Series desks. You can buy the L shaped desk and have options to further extend either or both ends of the desk. I currently have no problems using a single extension and am able to fit five 23" LCD displays and lots of room for keyboard, mouse, speakers, router, and BackUPS.. and a whole lot of other junk lol

If you care about quality materials, don't get an Ikea product. Check out local shops that sell unfinished wood furniture, craigslist for warehouse deals, or even universities near you if you want a temporary table before you go out and find the perfect one. At universities they often have salvage or surplus departments which will sell you all kinds of things for pennies on the dollar. The people who work there often set the prices, so you can talk them down as well.

Home Depot has them. You buy them in separate pieces and put them together yourself.

Really though, building it yourself is probably the way to do it. More than likely that's the only way you'll get a desk that size without spending $1000+.
