Finally going to start logging my progress in a build log. I'm calling my build
NZXT Monster-810.

Current State

This is my first time doing a build and a log so don't expect it to be as awesome as some of the logs here. Ducati Monster series is my inspiration for this build.

Feel free to help me correct any mistakes I make.

Anyways here is what is going on in my build:

PSU - Seasonic X-1050
MOBO - Asus MVF
CPU - i7 2700K
GPU - GTX 690 Signature Edition
RAM - 16GB Dominator
SSD - OCZ Vertex 4
HDD - WD/Hitachi

Water Cooling
CPU Block - EK Supremacy Full Nickel
GPU Block - Heatkiller GTX 690 Hole edition
MOBO Block - EK M5F Nickel
Reservoir - Bitspower Z 150 / TNK 501
Pump - Swiftech MCP35X
Radiator 1 - AlphaCool 420 UT 60
Radiator 2 - AlphaCool 360 XT 45
Radiator 3 - Planning to add a 280 rad
Fans 140 - BGears
Fans 120 - Enermax TB Silence PWM fans
Fittings - Monsoon Compression
Fan Controller - Sentry Mix, & Bitfenix Recon

I will keep adding more stuff to the list as it progresses.

I'm starting with the sleeving so this will be slow progress as I move forward.

here are some pics of the parts will add more as i get more done.

All random pics of all the parts going in my build.

Holy crap that video card is huge!!! I really like the build so far. Though I would probably recommend a second radiator. A single 140 in the bottom would be fine. Do you have any ideas for incorporating the motorcycle feel into the case? I'm really curious. smile.gif

Lastly, that sleeving is really nice. What brand if I may ask?

The sleeving so far is all ebay paracord or 550 cord. This is my first time sleeving and I will say its not as difficult as I thought it would be. I'm going to use some MDPC for the PSU 24 PIN, PCIe cables. DId not want to waste money on sleeving too much so used 550 cord almost everything else.

Ebay 550 Cord Link

I will add a second rad haven't ordered it yet. Haven't liked a block that I want to use on my 690 it looks good as is, and for comparison sake in the picture, the order is GTX 550 < GTX 570 < GTX 690.

As of now I do not plan to put the front and the top cover on the case back keeping with the naked exposed theme of the Monsters along with using some parts from the monster series along with original decals.
