DFI LANPARTY 790FX M2RS BIOS UPDATE HELP

Hey all, I just got an AMD Phenom II 955 C3 and haven't updated my BIOS ever. I installed the CPU and it is working but not recognizing it and running at 800MHZ. Can anyone please help/point me to a guide to flash my BIOS, please? Also, I am running Windows 8 64bit. Have searched but was unable to find any support especially with DFI basically no longer around. Tried Winflash but was not compatible with Win8 64.

Hmm. Tried it and it doesn't seem to boot from the USB. Put the updated BIOS files on it and changed the boot priority but won't go passed "Boot from CD" during startup.
