It means something is wrong. Stop testing =P We're going to need this info from you....

Motherboard
CPU and what frequency it's at. Are you trying to overclock?
RAM configuration
How strong is your PSU

Ontop of that, what are your voltages set at for vcore, NB, ram, anything else that you might think we'd like to know.

What motherboard are you using? Your voltages for a 4.5ghz OC could use a boost. At 4.5 you can run from 1.35 volts to possibly 1.4+ CPU

Bump it up and run the tests.

sabertooth 990fx =)
which voltage i should increase ?
btw , i just follow what people told me . LOL

CPU and CPU/NB are two you may want to bump up. Because you're overclocking less with multiplier and more with BUS speed, you'll need more voltage. Bump both up to 1.4 and do some testing.

I recommend downloading OCCT (it's free) and testing that way. It'll tell you a lot faster if you aren't stable, usually. If you can hit an hour in OCCT you should be ok.
