Graphic card, SSD or DVI issue ?

Hi wink.gif, I need your help mates, namely sometimies when I viewing an internet, my screen stops and fullfill a little pixels which are irregular, than I can see the following screen:

What does it mean ??? I have to add that I tested my graphic card using games (BF3), Heaven 3.0 and Furmark and GPU passed, what is more, my SSD passed ... I have not checked DVI cable yet, but it is possible that my DVI cable is not work quite good ?
I have new drivers : 12.8

I'd check Windows event viewer first.

What do U mean to check Windows event viewer ?

Click Start -> Type "Event Viewer" without parenthesis.

It shows the errors Windows have logged over usage

Everything in "Event viewer" is OK, however I have to add something, namely it happens when I play frown.gif, so is it possible that something wrong with my graphics card or monitor ?
