As I've already mentioned, if you want a custom setup that is small in size your best and only option is to utilize the swiftech apogee block & pump combo along with a GPU block of your choosing and a 120MM radiator. It's not going to cool any better than a good air cooler but it will be quiet and small. That's the smallest your going to get and will be roughly the same size as the H60 with more capacity.

why not just get 2 closed loops? you could do "the mod" for your gpu, and just use the other one for your cpu.
