2nd monitor not displaying correctly?

this is through a 9600gso. Main monitor is through the dvi, 2nd is through the d-sub.

The native res is supposed to be 1680x1050, but when set to this res, there is a big gap ar the top of the display. The only way it will display correctly is if i set the display at 1280x960.

Would this be an issue with this gpu? Or is there something else is should try?

I bet the d-sub resolution capacity is at 1280x960 so they both have to run at that

it should be 2040x1536 for the 9600GSO.

What model is the monitor that is not displaying correctly?

Have you tried using the second monitor as the main monitor or gotten it to display at 1680x1050 at all?

Sometimes just setting it for the main and then reverting it back will fix this...messes up your icons though.
