forgot to mention.

i bought it, sorry didnt mention that
CPU: i7 3770k
GPU: gtx 690
Motherboard: ASUS Maximus V
your good with all hardware I suggested. I dont believe that you would need a 850w psu for 690 but I dont know forsure i do know you can run 2 680s on a 750w but like I said. I would suggest 2 ssds in raid 0 trim will work on your board.

Do someone know if a should get a:

Option 1:
Single SSD Samsung 830 128gb for OS + games
Option 2:
2 SSD Samsung 830 128gb (1 for OS and the other for games)
Option 3:
Single SSD Samsung 830 256gb (for OS + games)

i already own a HHD WD 1TB
Option 3. Prices on 256GB 830s are great right now, they are (marginally) faster than 128GB drives, and more space is always nice. Definitely worth the current $160 asking price.

Definitely better deal to get the larger SSD. Heck, if you can afford it get 2 of them and do RAID 0. I have my OS and games on my RAID 0 SSD array and load boot time / load times are super fast.

Your build looks to have some great hardware. From the Nvidia website the min. system power requirement for the 690 is 650W so you really only need a 750W psu. I listed some very good ones below:

Corsair AX750

Seasonic X750

Rosewill Capstone 750

Personally I would get the Seasonic just because I like the full modular design. The best deal is the Rosewill Capstone. That is a great psu and a great price. Hope this helps.

What case are you going to build this in?
