I guess I'm ruined from dealing with US vendors? Made an order at Aquatuning yesterday, remembered something else I needed and ordered again early this AM. Haven't heard a word about shipping, so I sent them a message through their site asking if they were going to ship today. Heard nothing back. I'm thinking this will be the last time I order from them.
I needed some sensors for the Acquero and a poweradjust which I had a hard time finding except at their site.

There have been several times that my order has shipped a couple of days after I ordered, and not just from Aquatuning. I will say I ordered from Aquatuing twice. First time it took a couple of days. Second time, on of my items went out of stock but showed in stock when I ordered. They did not communicate this, I just saw myself that the item was back ordered with an expected delivery date over 6 months away! Obviously, I cancelled that order immediately and do not plan to ever use them again.

I just don't understand the lack of communication. Like I say, maybe I'm spoiled from dealing with PPC's, Sidewinder, etc but I've come to expect good service and communication. Anyone else I placed an order with on Thursday would have been shipped that day or at the latest Friday.

I sent them a message asking to cancel both my orders and credit my PayPal account. I bet they will say "it's already shipped" or want to charge me some exorbitant restocking fee.
They will probably just ignore me altogether.

In my experience aquatuning has been slow sending me my items and takes longer that is estimated every time,
Ive deduced that they send the order to someone in the uk then send it onto me from there and then i get a tracking code, but appart from that their operations are terrible from what ive found.

What time did you place the order? Remember, they are several hours ahead of the US..on top of that, it is a Friday...While not my favorite company, expecting a company several hours ahead of you to process your order on your schedule is a little unrealistic. Typically, they ship my orders out within 2 business days...and with the $8 48 hour shipping, orders arrive quicker than most US based orders.

Typical business etiquette is to return an email within 1 business day...to expect your INTERNATIONAL order to ship next day is quite frankly ludicrous (although they do often do this)...especially after adding to it. In my experience ncix, amazon, and newegg quite often ship slower than aquatuning.

Other things to consider, were all of the items in stock? The way their system works, they don't tell you an order has shipped until UPS actually picks it up. Have a little patience and give them a chance, there is a reason they are the world's largest watercooling company...
