LoL - and I was thinking that ordering in June and getting the stuff at last in late October must be rahter exceptional
Now if they have stuff they usually post it next day or even same day sometimes. In my case i ordered a gpu block that was not in stock, then it went out of production, changed the order to a new block and there were 3 month supply issue with the new block I switched to.
So - ordering stuff which is in stock - fast (although international shipping can still take good 2 weeks or so till you get the packet), if its not in stock atm then better be sure you have plenty of time, even if they list some kind of date when the stuff is expected - they like to just periodically move these dates 2 weeks into the future, I can tell after watching it happen for 3 months.

Have you cheked the tracking number to see where is the hangup ? In my experience they do mail you tracking number (if needed use google translate to translate their mails, thats what I do sometimes).
