Hey guys. I've been looking around for the best program for moving Steam & Origin games from SSD to HDD back and forth. Ive read Link Shell Extension is the best but that thread was a while ago. Others say Steam Mover. Anyone recommend one over the other or any other program? Thanks.

Steam mover is by far the easiest way I have found to move my games around.

Steam actually has the option to install games to a separate drive now (Granted not all, but most, game installs have this option). Steam mover was and is the third party app to move from SSD to HDD for Steam games, though.
As for origin, I'm unsure.

Exit the Steam client application.
Browse to the Steam installation folder for the Steam installation you would like to move (C:\Program Files\Steam by default).
Delete all of the files and folders except the SteamApps folder and Steam.exe
Cut and paste the whole Steam folder to the new location, for example: D:\Games\Steam\
Launch Steam and log into your account.
No Steam mover or anything. This is always the way I do it.
Here is a link to a walkthrough for Origin:

EDIT: Make sure to back up your save files!

Yes it copies the entire library. If you want to move individual games just set where you want them to install on Steam. They just added that feature recently I think. Origin has the same feature. If you already have the game installed and just want to move it though I guess Steam Mover would be the best bet. Not sure how to move individual games in Origin.

Move it with steam mover too. The program isn't just for steam
Its just a fancy way of making junction points worth windows built-in commands.I move any game on a whim with steam mover - even origin games. It's a decent utility you can really move any folder anywhere if you choose to.

I'm pretty sure windows has this option by default..!
Really though you don't NEED any tools to steam files, just delete everything but the steamapps folder & the steam.exe and move the steam folder wherever you want.
