It will honestly depend on the application.
2GB with lets say 1 monitor for example
and
4G with like 3 monitor for example (Or lots of rendering and really high resolutions)
If you plan to have a higher resolution and use applications with lots of rendering the 4GB is a good choice in my opinion. hopefully more people will come by and give there opinion to help you make a choice!
