My SLI 570GTX overvolted @ 1.088V and my 2600K @ 1.52V barely suck 900W out of the wall according to a kill-a-watt.

doing what? that system shouldn't take more then a 750w to run... a pair of 570 OC'ed and a 2600k OC'ed shouldn't eat up that much power... (unless you are running a triple SLi? or you have alot of seriously powerful delta fans in your system. )

Well ~900W was the peak power consumption with Prime95 and FurMark in parallel. Nothing useful but it never got more than that. While gaming it's more like 700w or something
