Please help

I have a sabertooth Z77 and the bios is 0906 which came with the mobo, i am having several problems such as my intergrated graphics on cpu just dissapers, in device manager there is a usb problem, my thermal radar worked once and no more. I would like to know if i should update the Bios and if i do will there be a problem if i need to go back to the first BIOS. and which Bios should i update to.

My rig is as follows:

sabertooth Z77
I7 2600K
G.skill DDR3-1866 Pc3-14900 total 16 gigs
Windows 7 64 bit
ASUS HD 7850 direct cu II
Power Gamer seris 1080 w
Thermaltake Bigwater 760 plus

just update you bios to the latest version should be ok then
