I checked a review on JohnnyGuru and the unit is good but there seems to be a problem in the crossload test(ripple) on the 5V rail, am I going to see such scenario in my computer?

You would never be able to reproduce the load pattern which Wolf used to get those results... 40A on the minor rails and 1A on the 12v. And I highly doubt they haven't addressed the issue by now.

However I'll repeat my above suggestion, a ~500W unit will save you some money and it's already plenty for that setup.
