You need to be more explicit, what pieces?... can you edit the photo and circle the pieces in question?

Sometimes heatsinks are used as a ground path, and so need to be soldered to ensure good electrical connection.

The ones with blue circle came off easy via screws on bottom and side.
The ones in red circle, had 1 screw on the bottom, but even after unscrewing the things on the side, it still won't come out... it seems soldered on ?

Ah, the heat sinks themselves, indeed sometimes they have a functional role additional to dissipation, so if they're soldered it's probably for good reason (as stated above).
