Working on a new build (like so). I'm planning ahead for the wiring and sleeving, I'm not a big fan of molex 4-pin connectors... they're unnecessarily large and the way they're daisy-chained isn't practical for my build (SFF).

That said I want to run a pump (watercooling) and 3-4 LEDs. Pump is wired for molex, I'll probably buy LEDs with resistors already installed so I just need to solder/wire +/-.

So my question is, what's the cleanest way to wire all this? I don't have any free fan headers on the mobo... but maybe there's something I haven't thought of that'll allow me to use just one molex for all of it, or preferably something else (panel or USB header?)

Interested in any/all ideas. Thx thumb.gif

^^thx for the idea! So if I understand right you're talking about something like this...



...but remove the Molex connector and use PCI-E instead, correct? I assume IDE/Sata connection (whatever is available on the PSU side w/12v and Gnd) would also work?
