One can only hope!
I hope so. I bought my UP5 at Amazon and their return window lasts through Jan 31, 2013 this time of year. If Gigabyte can provide a fix in the next few weeks I am going to keep this board; if not, its going back, and will likely be replaced by an X79 WS board from Asus. I have had good luck with all my recent Asus boards, and the last great board I got from Gigabyte was the EP45-UD3P which continues to rock my E8400 at 500*8.5 24/7, and can go much higher on the FSB if needed. Gigabyte needs to step up and salvage some credibility here.
