Your 12V is off, might need to look into a new power supply. But check first with a power supply tester.

You said the 12v readings are from newegg? Why buy a motherboard that can't supply 12V or is it as i stated before the power supply you have now run off voltage?

Get the GX450.

The GX650 and GX750 are crap, but the GX450 is a quality power supply and better than the CX500.
