I really couldn't be happier. Its aesthetically pleasing, no problems with it, overclocks great (Except you cannot specify offset voltage, only AUTO or SET VCORE).

Beside that its a great mobo in my opinion for the price. Very sturdy. z77 fast as hell bro.

Cheers for the advise mate. My mobo also has no Offset voltage, I think all MSI's are like that.

Note: we kinda hijacked the dude's thread....

Uhhh,

That's up to you. I don't know a lot about the H100, may want to check for a club here (I know one exists) and ask there. However, if you have another one laying around or a air cooler to compare, I would do that.

You may have just gotten really unlucky with the chip lottery my friend.

well you are not alone op my chip would take 1.3v to do 4.4GHz so yea some chips are not that great overclockers , so i i dialed it back to 4.2 @ 1.2v primed it for 24 hours stable and called it a day lol.....
anyways the difference from 4.2 to 4.5 (only the best chips can operate @ 4.5GHz @ 1.2v only) is like 7.1% in clock speed which will translate to something like 5% increase in performance in real world apps so yea the difference is not that big and not really worth trying to get a different chip that may or may not overclock better rolleyes.gif
