Hey Guys,

I will be building my new rig, comprising of New and Old parts.

The Case of choice will be Little Devil PC-V10 (White) without the Phase Change. It was on offer on the LD website so I decided use that case for my mod. The casing should be arriving in a couple of days and i will prepare the innards for it while waiting.

Just to list some of the parts:

LD PC-V10 Casing (White)
2x Alphacool UT60 480mm Radiators
2x Swiftec MCP-655 Pumps with Speed Control (Alphacool Acetal Pumptop)
2x Alphacool Cape Fuzion Core 30 (Acetal)
Aquacomputer Aquaero 5 XT (with Copper Waterblock)
4x Aquacomputer G1/4 Temperature Sensor

Thats some parts for now.

More when the parts arrive.

Hey, thats my old GTX280. Died about 2 weeks ago. So got my GTX285 as replacements. Not into hardcore gaming yet so hence the lousy GFX. Might upgrade only after better games are out.

Alright.

Managed to get some time to clear up my rads before my 'Little' Devil arrives. These rads were previously used in an old rig.

Preparing for the FLUSH !

Hex Screws

Dust collected over months being in my casing

Allen Keys

G1/4 Stop Fittings (Assorted)

Alphacool UT60 480mm Radiator Copper Edition

Un-screwing the fans

Fans Dismounted

Coca-Cola + Distilled Water + Vinegar

Preparing the radiator for the first flush

Coca-Cola for the second flush

Coca-Cola eats the oxidation on the copper pipes inside

Bubbling of the coca cola

Polished the Alphacool 'OCOOL' Logo

Badly Oxidised Copper Plated Stop Fittings

Autosol to clear the oxidisation

Applied the magic cream

Polished but the copper plating seems to have faded off

16x Yateloon 88CFM 120mm Red Fans

Second Rad Flush

GL with teh build it looks nice,

Thanks bro. I'm intending to make this a workstation with folding capabilities. But the games in the markets don't appeal to me more than my GT5 on my PS3 rolleyes.gif

Thus i hope my old school GFX can hold up till the next generation.

Haha. Yup. Used to have a Maximus III Extreme with an i7 running at 4.5GHz. Water loop was running at 43 degrees on ambient air temps. Singapore is relatively hot the entire day.

This rads are really the best for cooling for its class (60mm thick rads)
