Will this damage my monitor?

Thread Starter 
If I run at 50Hz, will it damage my screen over time. Please read the message in the picture?

Also, does anyone know how to force a certain refresh rate other than the ones listed? Such as 45Hz for example?

With Physx for Borderlands 2, it is normal to drop below 60, which causes slight stutter when using vsync.

I've just tried it. It works. Feels like 60fps but I am on 50fps with 50hz refresh rate.
When using vsync, if the fps does not match the hz rate, it will stutter! So, lower the hz and vsync will cap acordingly. The lower the max fps, the less I will feel slowdowns when I drop in fps due to the physx.

That's odd, when using 50Hz and Vsync, it looks and feels like 60fps and I don't have to try and keep 60fps for smooth gameplay. It's a win win situation.
