Texas White out Project - Page 7

Just ordered some new monsoon mod my toys carbon fiber compression fittings and some primochill tubung and distilled water, 1 gallon to finish my loop soo stoked! Getting close to the end!

Well It's been a busy month ordering parts for my water loop i have'n't had time to take pics of arrivals or anything yet but here is a small teaser.


oh forgot to mention the l.e.d fans in the picture are now moved inside the case for i did not like how the light didn't shine in the rig and would take away the ahhh factor and just shine in your eye's when you look at the rig.

I had ordered some pc feet through Performance-Pc's from Bill Owen over at mnpctech.com and he threw in a mnpc shirt,a 80mm skull acryllic with mirror background fan grill plus another one in 120mm am sporting the 120mm on my side case (don't really fancy the Mirror so might flip it over paint it white and show it in white) which i wear the shirt with pride and might order 7 more for everyday of the week lol. well will show more pics of the rig when i get time to take pics but as of right now, still waiting on rubber grommets for mobo tray, waiting on my sleeving to get finished which i do like 2 wires a night before bed. still have to mock up the rest of the loop test it and put my mobo and all back in the case. then make my psu shroud and done! so close. till i can get more pics i'm sorry this is all we have.. i have the carbon fiber monsoon compressions from mod my toys just for a little extra kick ; ) will take close-ups of those too. just gotta find the time to do it all lol thanks you guys for following and more to come hopefully this month and next. work is eating up my llife with 14 hour days 7days a week..

Thanks bro, yeah the led fans looked goofy just sitting on the top under the rad.. So moved them inside the case and I must say it was the right thing to do

The compression fittings from mod my toys i got 6, 2x rad, 2x reservoir, and 2 on the cpu block.


i had trouble at first installing my psu thanks to the knurl aluminum pc feet from mnpctech but i flipped the rubber around in the feet since they are some what tapered and the screw was too long making my psu sit too high to mount.. flipped the rubbers around to shorten the screw and it worked out just fine.

update! not the best one but here it is...

I have decided to remove the custom loop since it would be too expensive for maintenance (which is now for sale btw) i bought the h50 since i will only be taking my processor to 5.0ghz and my video card doesn't need water cooling nor overclocking.


it's now assembled again, but soon have some fan grills from mnpctech coming for the top, back, and side fans. have been talking to the zoo munkeys on tmz forums and have been getting the creative juices flowing.


acrylic i ordered from acrylite-shop.com 29"x29" for $24 isn't bad at all. if i have some left over i will make something awesome, not going to spoil the details but it's going to have something to do with the front panel ; ) well that's it for now.. for those following i'm sorry my updates aren't worth the 2seconds to read but the end product might be alittle cool spoiler alert!

yeah the loop perfomance-pcs gave me the wrong barb size and i got tired of messing with it BUT with the saved time of the loop hassle i have decided to add some more flare to the case. oh it will be sweet!! thanks for following i started to think it was a dead thread.. lol Guten my friend : )

started cutting my psu and h.d.d bay covers now time to start my design cuts and extra goodies added to them : ) will be getting picture updates when it's all installed, just no time to do much anymore.. my job is eating all my mod hours lol stay tuned fellas sorry it's taking so long to get updates. just trying my best to balance family, work, and modding. you know how that goes lol going to have the asus rog logo on the side of the psu shroud i thinking in smoked acrylic with the green l.e.d backlighting it. and probably the words "voided my warranty at mnpctech.com" if bill accepts it ; ) fingers crossed guys gonna be sweet!!

and the side panel installed.. going to have to make the side panel view more open.. i don't like how closed off the f.o.v is in there for my plans of design cuts i will be doing to the shroud and h.d.d cover.


more to come in time being still waiting on acrylic for side panel and some green l.e.d lights, InsideJob shall be happy to see his color scheme used : )
