how to setup old drives?

i recently bought a OCZ Vertex 4 128gb. biggrin.gif should be here in a few days. but anyways....i currently have 2 500gb seagates in RAID 0. after i get my SSD in and follow Sean's win 7 install and optimize guide, witch is freken awesome btw applaud.gif what would be the best set up my old mechanical drives?

well i thought my motherboard supported sata 6gb but it doesn't mad.gif
would something like this benefit me?

What I usually do with old drives is use them as external storage with a sata to usb adapter. But in your case, I would say maybe grab a dual desktop drive holder and run it in raid 0, or just JBOD (Just a Bunch of Drives).

Not exactly sure about the whole sata 3 adapter card though.
