That CPU is extremely easy to overclock as it is an extreme edition CPU. This means it has an unlocked multiplier. All you need to worry about is bumping up the multiplier and increasing voltage as needed. Then, just run something like Prime 95 to check for stability. If you need a boost for gaming, or 3d rendering, you should overclock the GPU as well. This can be accomplished via Sapphire Trixx or MSI Afterburner. Just increase the clocks and use something like Furmark, or MSI Kombustor to check stability. Make sure you have a program like HW monitor or GPU-z to monitor temps as well. If you can run them for 30 minutes or so, you're definitely stable.
