I would find it hard to believe that it is stable, atleast wprime stable. The h100 is middle of the road water cooling. At almost 1.5v I can't see how you wouldn't be throttling.

True, he's seems to be trolling (only made this single post) .. I think he works for Corsair...or Intel lachen.gif

Hi guys!
I own an i7 3770k as well, "watercooled" by the sort of entry level-ish Corsair H100 push pull.
The worst thing is the mobo, an Asrock z77 Extreme4
rest of the config is Asus GTX 580 Direct CU II
2x 180GB SSD Intel 330 Series S-ATA 3 in Raid0 (1GBPS, yeah, baby!)
16GB DDR3 2400 (4x4GB) Kingston HyperX Predator
NZXT Phantom etc.

could you assist me with some settings for ram(they wont work higher than 200

what to do with vtt pll ich
and what settings for as high oc as possible?

cheers.
i could only 1.20 4.5, 1.25 4.6. not higher

Im at 5 and stable. My temps barely ever see mid 70c and I fold all day long. Its possible, but not everyone would do it. I delidded mine.

Could you pass on some settings on how you OC'ed yours to 5ghz, what cooling, what mobo, ram, and all sorts of voltages, and whether you got 70c max with Intel Burn Test or just folding ?

Also could you give out a few steps regarding the deliding procedure? what cutting device did you use, didn't you damage any internal component, and how did that influence the temps? also , liquid pro inside the ihs, and you didn't glue it back or something?

Cheers.

There's a whole thread on overclocking Ivy chips on ASRock motherboards here:
www.overclock.net/t/1198504/complete-overclocking-guide-sandy-bridge-ivy-bridge-asrock-edition/0_20

I'm sure you can find what you need there.

Thanks a million, guys!
Hope I'll get the courage of deliding my CPU, getting 4 uber vents for h100, LP under IHS, MX4 on the IHS.
