Has anyone else seen this trailer for the new Forza? I'm disappointed, it looks like a NFS title. I guess I can sell my Xbox now. Forza 4 is the only game I play on it. Sorry if this is a repost, I searched and didn't see anything on this.

NFS? No no no, it's like Dirt + Forza + Test Drive Unlimited. thumb.gif

Just from the trailer on the dashboard I know there are some people from Codemasters working on this game. Some striking similarities in the feel of the game. The TDU similarities hopefully are done well. I loved the concept but TDU had many shortcomings.

I'm really just hoping this is a more polished TDU with better handling. I really enjoyed the first TDU. It was a blast to play and was one of those games that you could start up, listen to some music, drive around and not be worried about anything. It was just great.

Yeah. I don't really play racing games much any more, but the first TDU was a load of fun despite it's 'interesting' handling.

This isn't a forza sequel. There will be a Forza 5 probably on next gen. This is more of a spinoff. Personally I cannot wait for this game, driving around an open world with some friends is going to be awesome.

It's built on the same physics and game engine as Forza, and he stated you are able to turn off all of the assists and it will be just like it is in Forza.

Yeah, but on the roads of colorado? It's not forza if your not racing on tracks. So this is street racing with simulation like handling? That's even worse...
