Here's the way it breaks down, but actually more pins could have been ordered for the same shipping charges. I'm good on ATX mini fit jr. pins right now so I didn't order any of those.

08-70-0103 (male fan pins)
PIN SPOX TERM 22-28
100 @ 0.110 11.00

08-50-0114 (female fan pins)
CRIMP TERM 22-30 TIN
100 @0.089 8.90

Shipping 6.99

So the savings aren't much over ordering from say, PPC's, but they are loose in a bag which I prefer over being on a reel.

But I also ordered both 1/4" & 1/8" black 3:1 shrink tubing from Allied Electronics, and here there are some savings to be found.
10 70133170
Q2-F3X-1/4-01-QB48IN $0.500 $5.00
Tubing 1/4 In. Shrink(3:1) 4 Ft.L; ThinWall ; Int. Dia. 6.4 mm
Ship Method: FedEx Ground

6 70133168
Q2-F3X-1/8-01-QB48IN $0.280 $1.68
Tubing 1/8 In. Shrink(3:1) 4 Ft.L; ThinWall ; Int. Dia. 3.2 mm
Ship Method: FedEx Ground

Subtotal*: $6.68
Handling Fee: $5.00
So that's 40 foot of 1/4" shrink & 24 foot of 1/8" shrink for $11.68 + shipping so say about $18 total.
Plus it's 4 foot lengths all in a plastic bag, inside of a cardboard tube so they don't get bent all up.
The cheap shrink comes in handy for general electrical stuff, plus "shrinkless" sleeving. The only color available is black, but for shrinkless sleeving it doesn't matter anyway.

Mandrix That is cheap for heat shrink. but like you said it come only in black..

I found this site that has real good prices on colored 3:1 and 4:1 and it is great shrink. You might know where you can get it cheaper i don't know? but thought i would share

Yeah, those prices aren't bad. But if you like to do shrinkless sleeving then you can hardly beat the Qualtech stuff from Allied. Usually if I need some white shrink I order a few feet from PPC's, and I've never had a need for any other colors (yet).

Well I did order some 20mm & 22mm white from modDIY last year, it turned out to be some heavy duty industrial grade stuff but it worked OK for my USB 3.0 cable sleeving.

Remembered to grab a quick pic before I start pulling stuff out to install the Aquaero LT and water block. Sharp eyes will note the signal wires from the D5 aren't plugged in yet. I'm still running it off a PA2 until the LT is installed. I think this will be the basic copper tubing configuration except for any changes I have to make to accommodate the second Aquaero water block.
Unless someone has some ideas? I still have a couple of fittings to change as well but I'm thinking the pumps will probably stay pretty much where they are.

Yesterday was fun. No, really!
Changed all 8 plugs and wires in a '96 Ranger 4 banger. My hands feel like someone beat them with a large hammer.
The two hardest plugs to get to also had the plug wire boot stick to the plug, causing me great pain and sweat since there is no way to get to them with a hand. Perspiration and perseverance won out in the end, even as the gnats were circling my face.
Now got to find a way to change the pre cat O2 sensor. Why lay the wire on top the bell housing?? Jeeezzzzz....

Think I'll take a break from all that and strip down Merlin today and get started on the Aquaero water blocks!

Here's some benchies from my crossfired PowerColor 7950's with EK blocks with that beautiful copper (see how I worked that in?)

3DMark11

Fire Strike

Better scores can be had. I've been taking my time and testing different configurations of core clock/memory clock/voltage. Honestly don't spend a whole lot of time with it, just a little here and there so I don't get tired of it. Especially since I'll probably have these cards for a while.....

Today should see the delivery of my Aquaero LT and bay mount from Aquatuning, as well as some fittings from PPC's.
Germany to Florida in 3 days once they get it to UPS? Awesome indeed.

Everything looks good Mandrix, all that is needed now is to have the D5 pump housing and faceplates for the flow meters copper plated. thumb.gif

It's an idea. Don't think it would be overkill on copper?
