Yeah my cable management holes are kind of sloppy. I made them 2 months ago when I didn't have a Dremel. I just used a jigsaw and a drill bit and they were really sloppy. I tried to square them up some with the dremel today and smooth the edges but I ended up burning out all of my sanding bits. I think I'm going to put U channel molding around the holes and then use this adhesive foam sheeting I got at the craft store to make grommets that cover the entire hole with a little slit in them. The holes are too big, and all I could do was atleast square them up some. I need to fill it in some with that foam.

I appreciate the support! I did something for my HDD to be mounted, its kind of cool but kind of ghetto, I'll post a pic of it when the paint dries up.

I think it would look fine even with just the u channel moulding.

I knotched out at the top of the case for the front panel cables to go around back of the 5.25" bays. Before the wires ran clear to the back of the DVD-RW drive so they were in plain sight.

i like what youve done with it, im suprised you didnt go inverted atx.
could you not move the dvd bays to the bottom so that you could get a fan in the top front blowing towards the rear back rad.
then you could make the dvd section smaller and use some acrylic to make a panel to section it off with the psu and 2 cathodes either side showing up.

Sanding bits? You mean those joke sanding wheel attachments?

Use a file thumb.gif If you've got a Harbor Freight nearby, buy a large rectangular file ($2) and a 8-piece assortment of tiny files ($2).
smile.gif mine haven't broken yet

Looks nice, I've got 2 of these cases, been using them since around 2007. You're inspiring me to make a few mods, I'd love a side window and really want to vent my PSU from the bottom.

What's the cheapest way to cut a circle in the case steel? Back when I had tools I would have a drill circle cutter, but am starting from scratch now.. I don't even own a drill.
