Hello, i am new to this site. A little about me. I buy storage units, and i came upon what i was told was a phase change cooler. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I am trying to find a better photo sharing site...photobucket wont let me re-size the photos without wanting some money......mind recommending a photo sharing site where i can size the image myself?

Just a watercooler, old style Dell when they first kicked in on "high end gaming" years ago if I remember correctly.
Pretty much worthless.
