Outside Air vent?

Im a college student like a lot of you so i like cheap alternatives. Now for my computer i already have a liquid cooling system but thats not good enough for me. So heres my idea:

Suck in cold air from outside and circulate it through your computer

Now i live in NY (Go to college in PA) so i have cold winters. So i dont think this idea would work to well for people who live in FL. But anyways, if i were to suck in cold air from outside and circulate it around my computer stuff and then have it vent outside, i couldnt go wrong. I could easily keep my CPU at low temps constantly. My computer case has a 90mm side fan so i was thinking i could make a rig that would attach to the side and them hook up another rig for the 120mm fan in the back. I would also sensors and fan controls everywhere to make sure everything is stable and not getting too cold. And a nice thing about winter is that there is almost no humidity so i wouldnt have to worry about that. And i would need some type of filtering system for the intake. And i would have to seal the computer fairly well.

Let me know your comments or things i should look for.

If you sealed it up and made sure no warmer air was getting in, it would work. Just make sure if any condensation starts building up on the outside of the case to waterproof it.
