X1250 pinout help

I am almost finished building my computer with the X1250 psu. I want to test the fans and pumps without putting powering up the motherboard. How or what pins of what plug do I short or apply power too to get the PSU running?

On the 24-pin connector, short the PS_ON pin with a COM pin using a paper clip. Turn on the PSU.
