Need a Cheap Solution to Quiet my HAF 912

Hey, I have a CM HAF 912 build and it's pretty loud. It only has to 120mm fans I believe, one in the front and one in the back, and there's also the custom fan on the CPU. I figure it's the CPU fan that makes so much noise.

Anyways I want to start overclocking now it'll be good to have a better cooling system than the current stock fan, so what you guys think I should get? I would love for it to be quiet, but cheap at the same time. So far, I was looking at the Hyper 212 and the Cosair H60. I don't want to go through trouble installing something that can't fit in this case, because I don't plan on keeping this case forever. So what you guys think?

Should I go with the Hyper 212 and would that be quiet? Is it those 120mm fans that the HAF 912 came with make all noise? If so, should I get the Hyper 212 and two 200mm fans, one for the front and one for the top? Tell me what you think I should buy please, I'm looking to spend under $75.

The front case can be loud but a 200mm MIGHT be able to fit in there. The back case should be a 140mm fan If you can fit it. And the top should be a 200mm fan. IF your going to go with a corsair a H80 or if your slick enough an H100 will fit in it. But since you wanna spend under $75 The H60 with an extra fan to make it push pull. And ensure that the 230mm and 200 fan are in the case too. This will lower the sound and still keep it cool.

Edit:

You should be able to use the same setup as the 912 X advance fan setups. They are basically the same case.
