. I could use a bit of help, please.
Basically, I'm gunning to buy a new phone when I can afford it, which should be pretty soon. I've been using an iPod Touch then an iPhone 4 as my daily driver, and detest
iOS, so want to make the switch to Android. I like TouchWiz (LOL yes, it's true) and would want expandable memory and a removable battery, so that and everything else seems to indicate that Samsung would be the guys for me, and I've narrowed it to the Note II and S III. I don't want to spend more than $410 though, which seems to be the minimum going rate for the Note II. Also, I'd be buying an international version of either (better rom support).
I like the Note II, a lot. I think the S-Pen must be great, and it has the extra 1GB of ram and faster CPU which would help with longevity since I'm going to keep it for 2 years or more most likely. Also the battery is bigger. The only thing, though, is that it seems to be HUGE. I played with one for a few minutes in a T-Mobile store and it's just, so big... I already think the S III is quite big, so the idea of the Note II just seems to be enormous (it fits the entire iPhone 4 inside its screen)... People seem to say that you get used to it, but is that true? How long does that take? Basically, is it worth the extra $100 to get it, given the size?
I also like the S III but not quite as much though it seems more manageable, also seems beautiful (yes I do like how they look LOL) and slick, and it's cheaper, too, which helps.Edited by -iceblade^ - 7/28/13 at 7:07pm
