Well, you could always make a poll and let OCN answer that question for you.
I'd suggest options like:
1) Boot in normal speed, then overclock and run a stress test program like Prime95 for less than 5 minutes.
2) Boot in normal speed, then overclock and run a stress test program like Prime95 for 5 to 30 minutes.
3) Boot in normal speed, then overclock and run a stress test program like Prime95 for 30 minutes to an hour.
4) Boot in overclocked mode, then run a stress test program like Prime95, etc for an hour.
5) Boot in overclocked mode, then run a stress test program like Prime95, etc for a 2 hours.
6) Boot in overclocked mode, then run a stress test program like Prime95, etc for 3 hours.
7) Boot in overclocked mode, then run a stress test program like Prime95, etc for 4 hours.
8) Boot in overclocked mode, then run a stress test program like Prime95, etc for 24 hours.
9) Boot in overclocked mode, then run a stress test program like Prime95, etc for 48 hours.
10) Boot in overclocked mode, then run a stress test program like Prime95, etc for 72 hours.
11) Boot in overclocked mode, then run a stressful program like Folding@Home, etc for a month.
I predict that the bell curve answer would be something like #8 or #9.
