Forgive me if I'm wrong but that case is the "IN-WIN BUC" whereas it's written "NoFan CS-80 ATX Quiet Computer Case". Is this company replacing their names by just removing the fans:S, or am I missing something. redface.gif

^Right on the ball.

They also sell the "hurr durr no fans" cases for higher than the original case.

They took out the fans, and sell the case for higher... thumbsdownsmileyanim.gif

Well... who cares about the cases. Case mfgers circle jerk everyone all the time with re-branding/naming gimmicks. If you buy a "silent" case then bad on you.

No offense to things that xoxide sells, but i'm more interested in this type of fanless case.

I don't get why everyone loves to hate on these types of products. Who cares if the technology used in them isn't new the product itself creates a new market which is awesome. These are HTPC gold.

I was thinking the same with the HTPC's, but I also think it could have an odd cyber/steam punk look.

LOL. That was funny.

John, i think he has a point. It's cool 'n all that you got some new stock, but i think you're going to have to work on how you pitch things, especially around here where people know what they're buying. No need for the old overused salesman pitch here - people will see right through it. In fact you're probably just going to make people suspicious and alienate potential customers.

Anyhoo, i quite like the idea of entirely passive systems, and as previously stated, i'm sure there's a pretty big market for this kind of thing especially in HTPC's.

Surely you have seen the Seasonix SS-400FL? It's a very popular fanless PSU. But regardless, it is very nice to have some more options available. However, I doubt many people would choose the No-Fan brand over a Seasonic, especially when the Seasonic cost less...much, much less :-/

Only 95w?! I'm curious if slapping a fan on top would make it 125w capable. But I'm not spending $100 to find out. (plus whatever the fan costs).

LOL, What pitch? I think its neat, I told the OCN'rs about it.... I find it ODD to not use fans, I guess, Im still on the Commie 64 playing LORD on a wildcat BBS with my 1200baud modem. Seriously.... I do appreciate your comments though, and Ill try not to be so excited when I see something I find fascinating. I think this is great to actually get feedback on some of the products we sell. It helps me know what you all are into. I mean we have a TON of items, I don't know them all, so you guys are a valuable tool.
