Also want to add in last night Running BF3 Ultra getting 55-65 FPS GPU-Z monitoring 1card @810MHz other card @300MHz. Opened up 3DMark 11, and BOTH GPU's ran as accordingly... Still i can hear the power in the GPU fans dip with all case fans unplugged. RMA'd PSU going to replace tonight to see if 3DMark 11 still causes dip in GPU fan speed.

Well case fans don't draw that much juice so unplugging them wont nessacerily let u know if your psu is not providing the proper wattage. But either way 850 watts is enough to power what u have.http://www.overclock.net/t/1198767/radeon-hd-7950-crossfire-power-requirement Have you tried contacting tech support at asus or the manufacturers of your cards? they can probably give u an answer right away. and have you tried each card independently while trying both pair of pcie power connectors in each card?
