yup, the flow is too weak most likely (RASA is quite a restrictive block). does the reservoir walls temperature grow as well when cpu+gpu are under load? that would mean that air to water delta temperature grows as well significantly?(confirmation of weak flow).
I'd invest into a stronger D5 pump or pump/res dual bay combo with D5 pump.
used to have X2O 750 pump and it's good for what it is sold with, but not much more.
