Anyone seen anything on this monitor yet? Google has failed me, and given me no information about it.

Is what I'm referring to.

Looks like a XL2420T in a XL2410T casing.

Possibly a cheaper version of the XL2420T coming out? redface.gif

BenQ has not released any news of pricing or availability yet. It looks interesting with the FPS1 mode for CS 1.6 and FPS2 mode for CS:S. tongue.gif

Of course it is a 120 Hz 1080p TN panel for gaming responsiveness.

is this gonna be cheaper than the 2420t and or make the 2420t cheaper ?

Cause literally unless this is cheaper or makes the other model cheaper its monitor companies continuing to find bs reasons not to lower prices.

No information yet, but as I said.

From what I can see, this is XL2420T internals on a XL2410T casing. So chances are, it's just a cheaper XL2420T without the preset controller. So like a more "raw" version of the XZL2420T. This SHOULD be cheaper, but again no information about it as far as I can see.... Which is why I was sorta wondering if anyone else has seen any information that google didn't pick up!

No I was saying that is my dream lol. I refuse to pay more than 300 for any monitor and I hate glossy , so I just continue to wait.

$300-350 would sound reasonable if the 2411 is indeed supposed to be a more "basic" monitor.

Not sure if I'd upgrade from my Viewsonic but it would be nice to have another inexpensive 120hz option on the market granted that it doesn't have input lag/ghosting issues.

It's going to cost 400 duckets, this is just an educated guess. The XL2420T is always on sale for 350$ now, it is highly unlikely that the XL2411T will be cheaper.

The XL2420T had such a long hype train which completely crashed and burned since it had the same ghosting & colour issues as the original. One of the primary reasons to own a 120hz display is for the theoretically ghosting free CRT likeness. The quality control & ergonomics were better, but now they are recycling the ugly 2410T bezel which is lame.
