hi guys,

Im needing help as I can t seem to adjust my cpu from 3.5 to 4.5,

I ve been using the below youtube to setup everthing

Im changing everying as per video under cpu clock ratio im typing in 45 but once im done the line below saying CPU FREQUENCY stays at 35 and wont change,

Any ideas what Im doing wrong
