MSI K8N Neo-4F. 60 bucks if you can find one and i'm running @ 3 GHz. easy overclocker and stable. just has a bit of a problem w/ vdroop. and if you get a processor, for the love of god get an opty 165

Indeed the K8N Neo-4 is great: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130491 , I love mine as well, you won't be disappointed. Either that, or the DFI Ultra-D for a bit above budget: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813136152

And do yourself a favor and get the 3700, it overclocks better than the 4000 and is cheaper as well. You can reach 3 GHz on either of those boards.
